Storing Information
Room Temperature:
- We pack the pasta in a tight box for 3/4 days at normal room temperature. Allow to cool fully before storing. The chips will get soggy if you store them while still warm because they retain too much moisture.
Fridge:
- We store the remaining dish in a tight box and refrigerate it for 4/7 days.
Reheating:
- You can reheat the chips in an air fryer, or microwave oven for 5/6 minutes.
