  • Maple syrup: 1/3 cup.
  • Sea salt: 1/2 tsp.
  • Blueberries: 1/2 cup.
  • Ground cinnamon: 1/2 tsp.
  • Almond milk: 2/3 cup.

Instructions:

  1. As you prepare an 8×8-inch square baking dish, warm the grill to 375 degrees F and coat it with cooking spray.

  4. To make it thicker, set it for cooling.
  5. Stir in the non-dairy milk, maple syrup, vanilla bean extract, baking powder, cinnamon, and sea salt when the flax egg has thickened.
  6. Finally, mix in the berries, toasted walnuts, and rolled oats. Save some berries and nuts for sprinkling on top, if preferred.
  7. Spread the batter evenly across the sliced bananas in the baking dish after pouring the batter on top.
  8. Top with walnuts and whatever berries you may have saved.
  9. Bake before firm, about twenty-five to thirty minutes.
  10. Allow it to cool for a few minutes, then serve either simply or with maple syrup and more berries.
