Vegan Caramel Apple Bars

The Vegan Caramel Apple Bars are a flavorful recipe. Furthermore, the taste is a little salty, and it is the best version of the plant-based recipe. Moreover, pear bars include a delicious shortbread crust topped with sliced apples and cinnamon stressed. This is simpler to prepare than a slice of apple, and it is just as soothing when finished with a sprinkle of vegan salted butter.

Vegan Caramel Apple Bars

Ingredients:

Shortbread crust:
  • Granulated sugar: 1/4 tbsp.
  • All-purpose flour: 1 cup.
  • Vegan butter: 1/2 cup.
  • Vanilla extract: half teaspoon.
Apple filling:
  • Cinnamon: 1 tsp.
  • Honey crisp: 2.
  • Nutmeg: 1/8 tsp.
  • Granulated sugar: 2 tbsp.
Topping:
  • Rolled oats: 1/2 cup,
  • Vegan butter: 4 tbsp.

Instructions:

  1. Warm the microwave and put the paper towel on it.
  2. To make removing easier following that, leave some overhang on both sides. Put back.
  3. Blend the icing sugar and vanilla to create melted dairy-free butter in a large bowl.
  4. Whisk in the flour just now until it’s well blended.
  5. Fill the pan so that it is coat equally.
  6. Put it in the furnace and roast for fifteen minutes, and then get off to put it away.
  7. Raise the oven’s temperature to 350° Fahrenheit.
  8. Apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg combine in a big basin and stirred to coat the apples with the mixture.
  9. Put aside.
  10. Prepare the garnish.
  11. In a small basin, stir together the oats, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon (you use the identical bowl you used to make the crust).
  12. After the mixture resembles coarse crumbs, using your fingers or an electric pastry mixer, cut in the chilled dairy-free butter.

Notes:
  • Though they aren’t going together as well, you can still serve them warmly. Hold out the bars from the loaf pan one the paper towel. Cut with a broad, hefty cutter into squares. Before serving, drizzle with some vegan salt caramel.
