Vegan Dirt Pudding Cups

Vegan Dirt Pudding Cups


  • Cocoa powder: 1/2 cup.
  • Chocolate chips: 1/2 cup.
  • Oreo: 12.
  • Maple syrup: 1/4 cup.
  • Silken tofu: 16 oz.
  • Gummy worms: 12.


  1. Melt the cocoa chips in the microwave or over a double boiler til they are just melted.
  2. Give them a few minutes to cool.
  3. After taking the silken tofu out of its container and draining any extra water, combine it with the hot chocolate, cocoa powder, and maple syrup in a blender.
  4. Blend til very smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape out the blender’s sides as needed.
  5. Split the chocolate-covered pudding into six separate ramekins, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze for approximately one hour to allow the pudding to set.
  6. As the pudding sets, put the Oreos in a zip-lock bag and use a wooden rolling pin to smash them till they resemble soil.
  7. After the chocolate pudding has been set, cover the pudding with cookie dust and insert two gummy worms into the pudding.
For assembling:
  • You may put together your dirt mousse cups once your chocolate pudding has set.
  • Using a wooden rolling pin, crush Oreo cookies in a zip-lock bag, then scatter the crumbs on top of the chocolate pudding.
  • Next, push a few chewy worms into the pudding by pressing them onto the dirt.
