Vegan Lavender Lemon Bars

Vegan Lavender Lemon Bars

Ingredients:

Crust:
  • Salt.
  • Vegan butter: 1/2 cup.
  • Granulated sugar: 1/4 cup.
  • All-purpose flour: one cup.
Lavender lemon filling:
  • Culinary lavender: 1 tsp.
  • Soy milk: 1/4 cup.
  • Lemon zest: 2 tsp.
  • Turmeric.
  • Cornstarch: 6 tbsp.

Instructions:

  1. This may a few days in advance for additional information and flavor, or while the crust is baking.
  2. In a food mixer, put the sugar and dried edible lavender.
  3. Pulse or blend for a few seconds, till the lavender is finely ground and combined with the sugar.
  4. Warm up the cooker to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  5. Overflow for effortless removal.
  6. Combine the melting vegan butter, sugar, and cinnamon in a normal bowl.
  7. Mix in the flour until fully mixed.
  8. There will a lot of dough.
  9. With even and hard pressure, press it with a pan.
  10. Bake when the edges are very barely brown, approximately twenty-eight minutes.
  11. Put aside.
Prepare the filling.
  1. Add the milk, cornstarch, lemon zest, juice of one lemon, a sugar scent with lavender, and a little sprinkle of turmeric to a medium pot.
  2. Increase the temperature to normal after completely mixing the cornstarch into the water.
