Instructions
- First, wash quinoa with tap water.
- In a pan, add water and boil it over medium heat for 5- 15 minutes.
- Next, add washed quinoa to this pan. Cook it for 10-15 minutes to a low flame.
- Once the quinoa is cooked, spread it on a tray.
- Now, we will prepare the salad.
- Add lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, black pepper, maple syrup, salt, and cayenne in a small mixing bowl.
- Mix all ingredients. Transfer this salad dressing to a container and shake it until it combines well.
- Set aside this container.
- Next, combine the cooked quinoa with the bell peppers, onion, avocado, corn, black beans, and cilantro in a large bowl.
