Ingredients:

  • Salt.
  • Mixed nuts: 1 cup.
  • Rolled oats: 3 cups.
  • Free chocolate: 1/2 cup.
  • Cinnamon: 2 tsp.
  • Buckwheat groats: 1 cup.
  • Maple syrup: 1/2 cup.

Instructions:

  1. Set a baking pan with paper towels or a silicone baking surface, then set the grill’s temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Put it away.
  3. Combine all the dry ingredients, including the sea salt and rolled oats, in a large bowl.
  4. Once all the dry ingredients are covered in the sweet, peanut butter combination, add the liquid sweetener and peanut butter and stir.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish that you recently prepared, making sure to push it down firmly into a fairly thin, even layer.
  6. Place the granola on the lowest rack and heat for twenty minutes.

  9. The granola can either have entirely cooled before adding the chocolate, or you can add the chocolate chunks while the granola is still cooling, allowing the chocolate to melt slightly and coat the granola.
  10. Add the granola in smoothies and yogurt bowls, or it can be served with fruit and non-dairy

Notes:

If the granola lasts that long, freeze it in a closed jar for seven days.
