Vegan Yogurt Protein Cups

Vegan Yogurt Protein Cups

Ingredients:

  • Granola: 1/2 cup.
  • Protein powder: 1/2 cup.
  • Salt
  • Unsweetened yogurt: half cup.

Instructions:

  1. Use plastic muffin paper to prepare twelve muffin cups.
  2. Scoop a little amount of granola into the bottom of each muffin cup, using the palm to break up any big chunks.

  4. Blend the animal protein powder and non-dairy yogurt in a mixing bowl while thoroughly combining.
  5. Either equally distribute the yogurt mousse among the muffin cups, pushing down gently to ensure that the granola adheres to the yogurt.
  6. Freeze the containers so they to solidify.
  7. As you equally distribute the yogurt mousse among the muffin cups, gently push downward so that the granola sticks to the yogurt.
  8. This is a fairly flexible recipe.
  9. Once the mousse is ready, taste it to see whether the consistency is to your liking.
Notes:
  • Place the yogurt mousse at room temperature, but you can alternatively freeze the cups while they are set.
  • When you’re ready to eat, keep the yogurt cups in a cold place in a tight box. Before consuming them, let them defrost for a little while.
