Vegan Cauliflower Pops

Vegan Cauliflower Pops are an incredible and delectable snack that is soft on the interior and crunchy on its exterior. They are the bite-sized snacks, easy to carry/handle by the kids as well. These pop features boiled & mashed cauliflowers, chickpea flour & other seasonings. All the items added are purely plant-based, so these delicious snacks are the perfect choice for vegans. These Vegan Cauliflower Pops are so tasty that even non-vegans want to have them.

TOOLS:
- A fork/potato masher

INGREDIENTS:
- Powdered garlic, one tsp.
- 2 cups of cauliflower florets
- To taste of salt & powdered pepper
- 1/2 cup of chickpea flour
- Nutritional yeast, 2 tbsp.
- Fresh chives/parsley
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Keep the pot filled with boiling water on a full flame & wait for the boil to come.
- Include the florets of cauliflower in the boiling water & cook till they become just fork-tender.
- Drain them & soak up the excess moisture using the clean towel(kitchen).
- Now, transfer the boiled cauliflower to a big bowl.
- Mash it using the fork or potato masher & leave small chunks.
- Include the nutritional yeast, flour of chickpeas, powdered black pepper, salt, & garlic powder to the mashed cauliflower.
- Mix thoroughly to create a structure akin to soft dough.
- Separate a tbsp. of dough & make a ball.
- Similarly, make all balls till the dough finishes.
BAKING:
- Warm up the oven(empty) at 200 °C.
- Arrange the balls on the baking sheet(parchment-lined).
- Insert that baking sheet/tray in the oven for ~eighteen mins.
- Change their sides after ten mins & take them out once they become golden & crispy.
AIR-FRYING:
- Warm up the air-fryer(empty) at 190 °C.
- After shaping the pops, arrange them in a single layer in the basket of air-fryer basket.
- Cook them for ~twelve mins with shaking once after the first half time has elapsed.
PAN-FRYING VERSION:
- Warm up the two tbsp. of oil in the skillet on a normal flame.
- Fry the pops while rotating them after every three/four minutes.

TIPS:
- If you feel the mixture to be too crumbly, then add the mixture of a tsp of flaxseed with 2 tsp. of water to your
- dough for better binding.
- Make the portions of dough for every pop using only a single cookie scoop.
- Use avocado oil to coat the pops for extra crispness.
HOW TO PRESERVE(LEFTOVER):
CHILLING:
- Once the pops cooled down, save them in a container with a lid(air-tight). Refrigerate them for ~four days.
FREEZING:
- Arrange the ready-to-cook pops in a single layer on a tray. When they solidify, move them to a freezer-safe bag. Cook them directly from the frozen state while adding three or four minutes to the baking/air frying time.
