INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE GARLIC TOPPING:
- 3 tbsp of melted vegan butter

- ¾ tsp of salt
- Two cups of all-purpose flour
- One tbsp of olive oil
- 2 tsp of instant yeast

- Three-quarters cup of warm water

- 1 tbsp of nutritional yeast (optional)

INSTANT YEAST:
- This yeast helps in rising the dough of the breadsticks. For an alternative, use active dry yeast, but you will need to activate it by putting it inside warm water with sugar for five to ten minutes.
GARLIC:

NUTRITIONAL YEAST:

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix together salt, sugar, instant yeast, and flour in a large bowl.
- Gradually include olive oil and warm water.
- Keep mixing till you form a soft dough.
- Knead the dough for five to seven minutes to make it smooth.
- If you want a softer texture, you can cover the bowl with a damp towel and rest the dough for 10 minutes.
- Roll the dough and form a rectangular shape over flour on a surface, about 9×12 inches.
- Cover the baking sheet or tray using the parchment liner.
- Then, place the dough over that parchment-lined tray.
- Now take a small bowl and mix salt, parsley, olive oil, minced garlic, and melted vegan butter.
- Brush this mixture over the dough, but only utilize half the amount.
- Use nutritional yeast, if you want, on top of the dough, and also include vegan mozzarella on top.
- Warm up your oven to 200°C.
- For twelve to fifteen minutes, bake the bread.
- After baking, spread the leftover garlic butter mix on top.
- Before you cut the bread into strips, you need to let it cool down for some time.
