SPINACH

  • We advise you to choose chopped fresh spinach. You may also choose frozen spinach, but you need to properly defrost it and then drain it. This will prevent sogginess.

  4. Once the oil warmed up, Sauté the garlic until it becomes fragrant.
  5. Then, add spinach till it loses its crispness.
  6. Add chopped artichokes, salt, nutritional yeast, sauteed spinach, vegan mozzarella, black pepper, and vegan cream cheese to a big mixing bowl.
  7. Mix to have a creamy and well-incorporated filling.
  8. Now, arrange all the 8 bagel halves on the baking sheet.
  9. Apply a handsome amount of filling over each bagel in an even manner.
  10. Shift the tray to the oven till the cheese melts.
