OAT FLOUR:

  • Oat flour is helpful in keeping the pizza crust gluten-free and also gives structure to the pizza. Utilize almond flour as a substitute.

NUTRITIONAL YEAST:

  • Nutritional yeast not only helps in improving the depth of the pizza but also provides a cheesy taste. Utilize vegan parmesan as a substitute.

CASHEW BUTTER:

  • This butter is useful in creating a creamy texture in the white sauce.

SPINACH:

  • Spinach gives an earthy feeling and includes colors and nutrients in the pizza. Use kale as a substitute option.

OLIVE OIL:

  • We use olive oil to pan-fry the veggies and also improve the richness of the flavor. Use avocado oil as a substitute option.
