  • I used maple syrup to prepare this amazing bubble tea. Add different sweets or syrups such as date syrup, agave nectar, or coconut sugar.

Almond milk:

  • This beverage recipe utilizes almond milk. But you can replace it with other dairy-free milk such as coconut, hemp, or oat.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add black tea and tapioca pearls in separate pots.
  2. Next, we will cook the black tea and tapioca pearls with the guidelines mentioned in the packet.
  3. After cooking, place the cooked tapioca pearls under normal water to discard its any additional amount of starch.
  4. Shift the washed pearls to a strainer and place them aside.
  5. Next, stir maple syrup into the pearls to give a hint of sugar.
  6. After that, add strawberries, almond milk, and brewed black tea to a food blender.
  7. Process all ingredients at high speed for one to two minutes.
  8. Now, shift the cooked tapioca pearls into serving glasses.
  9. Next, fill each glass with ice cubes.
  10. Then, add blended strawberry liquid to the glasses.
  11. After that, place a bubble tea straw inside the glass and gently swirl to combine the strawberry liquid and tapioca pearls mixture.
