INGREDIENT NOTES:

SHREDDED COCONUT:

COCONUT CREAM:

  • Coconut cream creates a rich filling. It also gives creaminess to the bars. When adding it, it holds the mixture together. Use full-fat coconut milk for an alternative. This way, bars will become soft.

MAPLE SYRUP:

  • Maple syrup mixes everything in the filling. It also provides sweetness to the bounty bars. Using date or agave syrup is also an option.

VEGAN DARK CHOCOLATE:

  • Vegan dark chocolate is fine for vegans to use. It keeps the bars free from dairy ingredients. It coats the bars smoothly. We also get a rich coating. For an alternative, use vegan milk chocolate. This will give a sweet flavor to the bars.
