Vegan Cornstarch Casserole

Vegan Cornstarch Casserole


  • Cinnamon: 2 tsp.
  • Cornstarch: 2 tbsp.
  • Non-dairy milk: 1 cup.
  • Salt.
  • Skin tofu: 16 oz
  • Ground flaxseed: 2 tbsp.
Crum topping:
  • Vegan butter: 3 tbsp.
  • Coconut sugar: 1/3 cup.
  • Pecans: 1/2 cup.
  • Ground cinnamon: 1 tsp.


  1. Clean the casserole dish and prepare the microwave to 350 °F if you plan to bake the casserole right away.
  2. Place the cubed toast in the baking dish that is oiling evenly, then put it aside.
  3. Mix all the custard items in a mixer and process while smooth to make the custard.
  4. After adding the custard to the cubed bread, mix everything to ensure that the loaf is well wrapped with cover.
  5. If necessary, re-spread the bread into an equal layer.
  6. You may now cover them and plate the dish perfectly.
  7. Or else, just make the crumb topping and make the toast.
