Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil or any neutral oil
- 1/2 cup maple syrup or agave nectar
- 1/4 cup plant-based milk (such as almond or soy)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups oat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a standard-sized loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Mash Bananas:
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas using a fork or potato masher until smooth.
- Combine Wet Ingredients:
- Add melted coconut oil, maple syrup or agave nectar, plant-based milk, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Mix until well combined.
- Add Dry Ingredients:
