- One cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice, around. 240 ml
- Sparkling water or regular water 6 to 8 cups
- Fresh blackberries 12 ounces, equal to 340 grams
- Basil leaves half a cup
- Ice for serving

- It creates the most stunning color when pureed. They go quite well with basil as well. If blackberries are not available, strawberries make a great alternative.

- I used maple syrup to prepare this drink instead of processed sugar.
Lemons:
- Select fresh, yellow, and juicy lemons.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine the maple syrup in a large bottle with the lemon juice (freshly squeezed from juice).
- Next, add regular or sparkling water to the jar. Stir well and set aside the jar.
- Now, combine the basil and blackberries in a food processor.
- Grind the berries until they are fully crushed.
- Then, shift a fine strainer on a jug. Pour the smooth mixture of blackberries through it.
- Now, strain the puree through the sieve with a big spoon.
- So that all of the pulp and seeds remain in the sieve and the juice enters the glass jar.
