FAQs

Will frozen cauliflower work instead of fresh cauliflower?

  • Using fresh cauliflower florets is generally advised for the best texture. Because frozen cauliflower releases more water when it roasts, the result may be less crispy.

Can I fill the baking tray with additional colorful mixed vegetables?

  • Roasted cauliflower pairs well with bell peppers, carrots, onions, broccoli, and Brussels sprouts. Adapt the roasting time according to the vegetables as necessary.
