INGREDIENT NOTES

English cucumber:

  • We used this kind of cucumber because it contains a few seeds.

Red onions:

  • They add a crunchy and slightly sour taste.

Yogurt:

  • I used vegan-friendly and nondairy plain yogurt. I love to use Silk Rich unprocessed almond plain yogurt because the taste of this yogurt is flavorless.

Mayonnaise:

  • Preferable to use vegan-friendly nondairy mayonnaise.

Wine vinegar:

  • Apple cider vinegar also works well.

Agave:

  • It manages the creamy and tangy flavor of the salad.

Spices:

  • We add black pepper and salt to the salad. You can vary the items or quantity to your choice.
