INGREDIENT NOTES
English cucumber:
- We used this kind of cucumber because it contains a few seeds.
Red onions:
- They add a crunchy and slightly sour taste.
Yogurt:
- I used vegan-friendly and nondairy plain yogurt. I love to use Silk Rich unprocessed almond plain yogurt because the taste of this yogurt is flavorless.

- Preferable to use vegan-friendly nondairy mayonnaise.
Wine vinegar:
- Apple cider vinegar also works well.
Agave:
- It manages the creamy and tangy flavor of the salad.
