INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Warm up the oven(empty) at 220 °C or air fryer(empty) at 200 °C & get to work.
  2. Include the salt, flour, paprika(smoked), vegan milk, powdered pepper, garlic, & onion in a mixing bowl.
  3. Include the florets of cauliflower in that batter & toss well.
  4. Ensure that every floret is properly coated.
  5. Now, pick each floret one by one & arrange them on the baking sheet.
  6. Keep them in the oven for almost twenty mins or in the airfryer for almost eighteen minutes.
  7. Shake or flip them when half the time has passed.
  8. After the given time, take the florets out of the oven/air fryer & check.
  9. If they are beautifully golden brown, then take the florets out of the oven/air fryer.
  10. Keep a little saucepan over the low flame.
  11. Include vegan butter in it.
  12. Add the maple syrup & hot sauce once the butter is melted.
  13. Mix & remove it from the flame.
  14. Add the crispy baked/air-fried florets to the buffalo sauce.
  15. Mix properly to coat each floret well.
  16. Now, return the cauliflower bites(coated) to the baking dish
  17. Cook for the other eight/ten mins.
  18. In case of an airfryer, cook the coated bites for another five minutes.
