Rotal tomatoes and green chiles:
- Any brand of canned green chiles and tomatoes will work.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Raise the oven’s temperature to 375 degrees to warm it.
- With a knife, slice the butternut squash into two pieces in the middle.
- Now, discard the hard seeds with the help of a spoon.
- Shift the sliced squash to a baking dish.
- Bake for approximately sixty minutes or until very tender.
- After baking, add one and a half soft baked squash to a food blender.
- Now, mix almond milk, onion powder, rice vinegar, salt, garlic powder, tomato paste, soaked cashews, nutritional yeast, and tapioca flour into the blender.
- Process it until all items gain a creamy and velvety texture.
- Next, add the Rotel tomatoes, green chiles, and blended mixture to a saucepan.
- Stir continuously over moderate heat for five to six minutes or until enriched.
- The creamy and velvety Rotel dip is ready.
- Top with pickled jalapenos and pico de gallo.
