Raw Cashews 1tbsp

Ingredient Notes
Strawberries: I used fresh, red-colored strawberries to make this drink. It gives a refreshing vibe to the drink.
Organic cane sugar: You can use its alternative sweeteners. Other options are discussed in the substitutes portion.
Raw Cashews: Sunflower seeds or raw cashews are used for a creamy and rich texture. It is an optional ingredient.
Plant-based Milk: I used soy milk. You can use any non-dairy plant-based milk.
Instructions
- Add fresh strawberries, raw cashews, and organic cane sugar in a food blender.
- Blend all items until cashews are dispersed in the mixture.
- After that, shift this mixture into a small pan.
- Clean the sides of the blender using a spoon or spatula.
- Add the remaining mixture to the same pan.
- Transfer this pan to the burner’s medium flame.
- Boil this mixture for 4/5 minutes until half the liquid remains.
- After that, set aside the pan. Leave it for 10/12 minutes.
- Next, pour this mixture into the container.
- Now, add plant-based milk to the strawberry mixture.
- Save in the refrigerator for thirty to sixty minutes.
- Shake it well before serving. The tasty drink is ready.
Substitutes
Strawberries: You can use frozen strawberries instead of fresh ones.
Organic Cane Sugar: Try this drink with date syrup, coconut sugar, Medjool dates, or maple syrup. All these sweeteners are darker in color than cane sugar.
Raw Cashews: You can dip the raw cashews in medium-hot water for 10/20 minutes before blending. It easily dissolves in the milk.
