  • 2 cups shredded vegan mozzarella cheese
  • One package vegan pepperoni
  • 12 sliced black olives
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened vegan milk
  • One tsp olive oil

INGREDIENT NOTES:

PIZZA DOUGH:

  • It gives a soft and chewy base for the mini pizzas. This dough does not contain milk, butter, eggs, or other dairy ingredients. You may use homemade vegan pizza dough as per your preference.

PIZZA SAUCE:

  • It gives moisture and seasoning to the pizzas. This pizza sauce works well with the toppings. You may use marinara sauce as another choice.

VEGAN PEPPERONI:

  • This pepperoni makes the familiar pepperoni taste while keeping the recipe vegan. You may use vegan sausage as a substitute.

BLACK OLIVES:

  • These make the whiskers and eyes of Hello Kitty. They have the dark color that makes the face easy to recognize. Kalamata olives are good to use as another choice.

  1. First, warm the oven to 400°F and cover the sheet with baking paper, then coat with olive oil.
  2. Remove the vegan pizza dough from the package and put it on the floured surface.

  6. Sprinkle vegan mozzarella on the sauce and cut the vegan pepperoni pieces to make small bows on the Hello Kitty faces.
  7. Include small pieces of the black olives for the eyes and arrange thin pieces of olives on both sides to make the whiskers.
