INSTRUCTIONS:
PREPARATION OF FLAX SEEDS:
- Next, add six tablespoons of water and two tablespoons of flax seeds to a tiny dish.
- Mix well with a spoon. Leave this dish at normal temperature until seed size doubles.
PREPARATION OF PATTIES BATTER:
- After that, pour the leftover two tablespoons of water into a pan.
- Place this pan on medium flame and warm it for forty to seventy seconds.
- Then, add celery stalk, diced carrots, and red onion to this hot pan.
- Simmer it for 4 to 7 minutes until all veggies become soft.
- After 7 minutes, add cayenne, smoked paprika, and dried thyme.
- Cook all spices for two to three minutes. Then, switch off the stove button.
- Set aside the pan to cool down the mixture.
- After that, add cooked carrots, canned pinto beans, scallions, flax seed mixture, liquid smoke, salt, cooked
- millet, and chopped parsley to a high-speed blender.
- Grind this mixture for a few minutes. Avoid over-grinding.
- Shift this pinto bean batter to a large bowl.
- Mix panko breadcrumbs into the beans batter with a spoon or hand.
- Now, take the mixture and make ten patties.
OVEN:
- To warm, preheat the vacant oven to 375 degrees F.
- Place a piece of parchment paper (according to the baking tray size) on the baking tray. Set aside.
- Arrange the patties on the parchment paper baking tray.
