- Half tsp. vanilla extract
- One tbsp coconut oil

COCONUT OIL:
- Coconut oil will fry these banana slices to prevent them from sticking. It will provide the glossy coating to these bananas and also provide the indulgent taste. You can also use the vegan butter instead for this purpose.
MAPLE SYRUP:
- Add the maple syrup to sweeten the dessert. It will also caramelize the bananas and make them tasty. Date syrup is also a substitute if required.
CINNAMON POWDER:
- Cinnamon will provide the warm taste and aroma in the fried bananas. We can also use the pumpkin pie spice if required.
VANILLA EXTRACT:
- Vanilla essence will enhance the overall taste and aroma in the recipe. A small amount of essence is enough for this purpose. We can also use the almond essence instead if required.
SALT:
- Salt will enrich the flavor of your recipe. It also balances the sweet taste. You can skip the salt if required.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Peel the bananas and cut them into even-sized pieces.
- Take a vessel and add the vanilla, salt, maple syrup, and cinnamon, and stir them.
- Put the pan on medium flame & include the coconut oil in it.
- When it melts, add the banana slices in a single line and cook them for 2 minutes.
- Change the sides of the bananas with care, then add the mixture over them.
