Vegan Chickpea Scrambles

The Vegan Chickpea Scrambles are a very delicious recipe. This tasty and fluffy vegan breakfast dish, made with chickpeas, is the ideal way to start the day. It cooks similarly to eggs and is ready in about ten minutes.

Tips for making this recipe:

We use chickpeas and chickpea flour to make this vegan egg scramble soy-free instead of tofu, as we would for a tofu scramble. Not only is this combination high in protein, but its preparation is also easier. Mix all the things perfectly, and then cook them whenever they come to a brownish color.

  • Black pepper
  • Chickpea flour: 1/3 cup.
  • Chickpeas: 26 oz.

  3. Mix: Transfer the other ingredients for the chickpea scramble (omit the chickpeas) to a different bowl.
  4. Mix it perfectly whenever it is well combined.
  5. Cook: Use a small saucepan, place the oil in it, and heat it properly.
  6. Stir in the scrambling liquid and the chickpeas. After cooking for four to six minutes, start scrambling the mixture.
  7. Add extra water or dairy-free milk if you think your chickpea scramble is drying out too much.
  8. Serve your vegan breakfast sides alongside your chickpea scramble right away.
Notes:
  • Scrambling and stirring the mixture, heat for a few minutes. Enjoy and serve right now.
  • Store this chickpea scramble in a cool place for at least four days, covered tightly. Although freezing hasn’t been tried, it should be possible, particularly if you’re preparing freezer-friendly breakfast burritos.
  • Reheat the scramble in the microwave. When reheating, it could get a little dry, so add a little more vegetable broth to keep it moist.
