VEGAN CHOCOLATE SANDWICH COOKIES:

VEGAN CHOCOLATE CHIPS:

  • They include small pieces of rich chocolate in the cookie layer. Chocolate chips make the dessert taste more chocolatey and yummy. You may use finely chopped vegan chocolate as another choice.

UNSWEETENED VEGAN MILK:

  • It makes the creamy base of the pudding and gives better-controlled sweetness. You may use cashew milk as a replacement.

VEGAN BUTTER:

  • This butter adds richness to the pudding and gives a smoother texture to it. It makes the finished pudding taste more delicious. You may use a small amount of refined coconut oil as a substitute.

POWDERED SUGAR:

  • It makes the whipped cream lightly sweet and dissolves easily. You may use a small amount of maple syrup as another option.
