  • Flour two tablespoons
  • Dark kidney beans 15 ounces

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Wash all vegetables with normal water.
  2. After that, shift the washed veggies to a cutting board.
  3. Now, cut the cauliflower head into small florets with a knife.
  4. Next, cut the celery stalk, onion, carrots, and green pepper into diced shapes.
  5. After that, divide the okra into slices.
  6. After chopping, shift the celery, crushed garlic cloves, and onions to a soup pot.
  7. Cook all ingredients for one to two minutes.
  8. Next, add one tablespoon of flour to the pot.
  9. Stir continuously with a spoon.
  10. Now, pour vegetable broth into the pot.
  11. Cook it for an extra sixty seconds.
  12. Next, add green pepper, kidney beans, tomato sauce, cajun seasoning, bay leaf, and Worcestershire sauce to the pot.
  13. Mix and add other items like diced tomatoes, okra, cauliflower head, remaining flour, and carrots.
  14. Combine all items and cook them until one boil comes.
  15. After it reaches a boil, lower the burner heat to medium-low.
  16. Then, simmer it for half an hour without cover.
  17. At the same, we will cook the brown rice.
  18. Add the brown rice to a pot filled with water.
  19. Cook it for twelve to seventeen minutes.
  20. After cooking, put aside the pot and switch off the burner flame.
  21. The tasty Vegan Gumbo is ready to serve.
  22. Shift the dish with brown rice to a serving plate.
  23. Decorate it with crushed parsley.
  24. Serve with cornbread and enjoy.
