We make this dessert by combining the almond milk, vegan protein powder, chia seeds, vanilla essence, cocoa powder, salt, and maple syrup. These ingredients are safe for vegans & easily available in any grocery store or in the pantry. Vegan Protein Pudding Cups are adaptable, so we modify it to our preferred flavor. This dessert can be prepared quickly in only ten minutes, perfect for last-minute sweet cravings. This dessert will not store for a long time in the freezer because it will ruin its texture. Serve this dessert with fresh berries, banana slices, and granola.

ALMOND MILK:

  • Almond milk is used as a foundation to prepare this creamy dessert. It adds low-calorie count to it, making it a healthy dessert choice. Use the coconut milk instead if required.

VEGAN PROTEIN POWDER:

  • Vegan protein powder is included to the dessert so it gets nutritious. Use pea, rice, or their blend to provide the smooth texture. Don’t use the flavored variety or sugar-containing one.

CHIA SEEDS:

  • Use the chia seeds in this pudding. It will absorb the liquid content and help make the thick pudding. It also adds lots of fiber and omega-3 to this dessert. Stir the seeds properly so they don’t form lumps in the dessert.

UNSWEETENED COCOA POWDER:

  • Use the unsweetened cocoa powder in the pudding to boost the chocolate taste. You can omit the cocoa or use other vegan base flavoring to alter the flavor profile.

MAPLE SYRUP:

  4. Mix the chia seeds and stir properly to distribute them equally
  5. Leave the mixture for five minutes and stir once again so they don’t clump together.
  6. Add the mixture evenly to the serving jars.
  7. Cover the jars and refrigerate them for two hours till they get thick.
