- Tomatillo Sauce 1/3 cup
- Pepitas 1/4cup
- Avocado 1/2, cut into slices
- Spinach 1/2cup
- Olive oil, 2tbsp
- Lemon juice, add according to taste.
- Salt 1/4tsp
- Black pepper crushed, 1/4 tsp
For topping
- Avocado, fresh chopped cilantro, grated cabbage, pico de gallo
Instructions
- Preparation of Avocado Tomatillo Sauce
- Add Avocado Tomatillo Sauce, pepitas, avocado, spinach, and olive oil into a blender.
- Blend all ingredients until it gives a smooth texture.
- Now, sprinkle fresh lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix the ingredients
