  • Small Potatoes 6, peeled
  • Zucchini 1 large, grated
  • Dried Oregano 1/4 tsp
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Garlic Powder 1tsp. You can take a fresh garlic clove and chop it.
  • Salt 1 teaspoon, or add according to taste
  • Ground Black pepper, 1/4 tsp
  • Olive Oil, 1-2 tbsp. Use to grease the baking sheet.

Instructions

  1. Prepare delicious vegan zucchini tater tots in the following directions.
  2. Plug in the oven and set its temperature to 425 degrees.
  3. For the baking, cover a baking tray with a baking sheet or parchment paper and mist it with olive oil.
  4. Set aside this baking tray.
  5. Meanwhile, add water into a large pot and boil it at medium heat.
  6. Add peeled potatoes to boiling water.
  7. For 20-30 minutes, boil potatoes or until soft.
  8. Once the potatoes boil, cool them at room temperature for 10 minutes.
  9. Next, grate the boiled potatoes by using a grater.
  10. Add grated potatoes in a bowl.
  11. Now, grate zucchini with the help of a peeler. Remove extra water with the kitchen paper.
  12. Add shredded zucchini with grated potato mixture.
  13. Next, add dried oregano, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper to this mixture.
  14. Combine all ingredients until all spices mix well.
  15. You can adjust the salt and black pepper quantity according to your flavor.
  16. Now, take the batter mixture. Make a round ball, and press it to make a flat cylinder tot shape.
