  • Both Trex vegetable fat and Floral plant butter work nicely together I use a mixture of both to give the clotted cream a really nice consistency.

Dairy-free double cream:

  • The most effective whipping cream is Elmlea Plant double. You will likely need a considerably smaller amount to achieve the same consistency because other vegan creams are much runnier.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add the vegan butter to a big mixing bowl or food blender.
  2. Next, add icing sugar to this blender.
  3. Before adding sugar, filter it with a mesh strainer to avoid big particles.
  4. After that, whip until frothy and white.
  5. Next, add the dairy-free vegan cream.
  6. Beat for ninety to one-twenty seconds until firm peak values appear.
  7. The creamy Vegan Clotted Cream is ready.
  8. Store the cream in a container and place it in a fridge for eighteen to twenty-four hours.
