Grated coconut 2/3 cup

Tahini 2 tbsps
Lemon juice half a teaspoon
Hot sauce 1 tsp

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preparation of tofu tender:

  1. Shift the firm tofu on a chopping board and place a paper towel over it.
  2. Next, rest the tofu block for at least twenty minutes after placing a heavy weight on it.
  3. After pressing, cut the tofu into thin strips. Put aside.
  4. Now, add rice cereal, crushed black pepper, grated coconut, and salt to a bowl.

Oven:
