Ingredient Notes
Tortilla Sheets: I used whole wheat tortillas. You may use plain tortillas, Naan bread, large pitas, or lavash bread as an alternative.
Hummus: It’s preferable to use homemade, fresh hummus instead of store-bought. I prepare hummus with chickpeas. You can try hummus with different flavors like beetroots, avocado, roasted red pepper, or pumpkin.
Veggies: Modify the wraps with different and colorful vegetables.
Bell peppers: Use a variety of bell pepper colors to add extra color to the wrap.
Juice: I use ready-made lemon juice. You can add fresh lemon juice.
Garlic: I used fresh garlic. Instead of this, you can use ready-made garlic paste.
