  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil or melted coconut oil

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Preparing the Batter:
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
