Vegan Jackfruit tacos are the best delicious traditional tacos. These vegan tacos are made with the jackfruit instead of the meat and then it is seasoned with different spices. It has all the plant-based ingredients which is the best option for vegans. Vegan jackfruit tacos are healthy as they are packed with nutrients.

Vegan Jackfruit Tacos


  • Lemon zest
  • Paprika 1 tsp.
  • Ground cumin 1 tsp.
  • Chili paste 2 tbsp.
  • Oil 2 tsp.
  • Tomato paste 1 tbsp.
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp.
  • Half red bell pepper
  • Thinly sliced onion 1/2 cup
  • Jackfruit 20 oz.
  • Salt 1/2 tsp.
For toppings:
  • Tortilla
  • Black pepper
  • Lettuce
  • Vegan cheese
  • Hemp seeds 2 tbsp.


  1. Wash the jackfruit properly and then dry it with a paper towel.
  2. Now cover it again with the kitchen towel and then squeeze it so that it comes shredded and then shred the extra one with the fork.
  3. Now shred all the jackfruit properly and then add it into a bowl.
  4. After putting the sliced onion add the chopped bell chilies.
  5. Add the tomato paste and then the oil to the bowl mix it properly and then add the dry ingredients left.
  6. Now spread the contents onto a baking surface.
  7. After that, broil it for fifteen minutes at 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  8. Remove the filling from the microwave and then prepare your tortilla by heating it in the microwave.
  9. Over the tortilla spread the filling evenly and then top with the topping stuff.
  10. It is then ready for serving.
