INGREDIENT NOTES:

VEGAN LOW-MOISTURE MOZZARELLA CHEESE:

  • We use this to make the firm base of the roll-ups. This low-moisture mozzarella does not make the roll-ups soggy and gives you a crispy texture. Utilize vegan pizza cheese as a replacement.

SUGAR-FREE PIZZA SAUCE:

  • It includes the classic tomato taste that you get in the pizza. This pizza sauce includes moisture and sticks the herbs to the cheese base. You may use crushed tomatoes with garlic, oregano, basil, and salt as another choice.

VEGAN PEPPERONI:

  • This helps to give a pizza-shop taste to the roll-ups. It includes a savory and smoky taste without adding meat. You may use sliced mushrooms as a substitute.

ITALIAN SEASONING:

  • It gives a simple blend of herbs to the snack. Italian seasoning makes the pizza taste complete without adding extra spices. You may use dried oregano as another option.

VEGAN PARMESAN:

  • This parmesan gives a salty and cheesy taste to the filling. It gives a traditional pizza taste to the roll-ups. You may use nutritional yeast as per your choice.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. First, include baking paper on the sheet & warm the oven to 375°F.
  2. Divide the cheese into 8 portions and put them on the sheet.
  3. Flatten the portions into 4-inch-wide circles and leave some space between them.
