Vegan Slutty Brownies
The Vegan Slutty Brownies are a delicious recipe. Chocolate chip cookies and fudge brownies are three layers of pure perfection. Slutty brownies that are vegan and can be made gluten-free.
Ingredients:
Cooking layer:
- Vanilla extract: 1 tsp.
- Baking soda: 1/2 tsp.
- Vegan butter: 1/2 cup.
- Gluten-free all-purpose flour: 1 cup.
- Brown sugar: 1/2 cup.
- Ground flax meal: 1 tbsp.
- Vegan Mini chocolate chips: 1/2 cup.
- Sugar: 1/2 cup.
- Water: 3 tbsp.
- Baking powder: 1 tsp.
- Oreo: 8
Fudge brown layer:
- Coconut milk: 1/2 cup.
- Vanilla extract: 1 tsp.
- Organic cocoa powder in the pantry: 1/4 cup.
- Baking soda: 1 tsp.
- Vegan butter: 1/4 tsp.
- Intent espresso: 1/2 tsp.
- Salt
Instructions:
- Turn the microwave on to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a pan with paper towels.
- To begin, make the cookie dough layer by combining the water and ground flax in a basin, stirring, and letting it gel.
- Beat the butter, brown sugar, and cane sugar in a mixing bowl with a handheld mixer until they are light and frothy, which should take one to two minutes.
- After adding the vanilla extract and flax mixture, whisk for an additional fifteen seconds till it’s thoroughly combined.
- Mix in the baking soda, baking powder, gluten-free flour, and salt while the dough comes together.
- Press the dough evenly onto the pan’s bottom, folding in the chocolate chips.
- After five minutes of baking, get away from the microwave.
- Cut the sandwich cookies in half so that you have sixteen pieces.
- Place the Oreo halves on top of the cookie dough layer and leave aside.
- Mix the cocoa powder, and then add the espresso powder.
- Put the baking soda, salt, and gluten-free baking flour in a bowl and set it aside. In the warm microwave put the coconut milk for boiling.
- Stir till smooth after adding the chocolate chunks and letting them settle for five minutes.
- Mix well after adding the brown sugar, butter, and vanilla. Lastly, include the dry ingredients and whisk until a batter forms.
- After uniformly distributing the brownie batter over the Oreo layer, fry the brownies for seventeen to twenty minutes, depending on the size. Avoid overtaking them to preserve their fudge texture.
- Chill the brownies for two hours after letting them cool at room temperature for thirty minutes. Once kept cold, serve.
Notes:
- Cook for no more than twenty minutes for really fudge brownies, and be careful to chill them before serving.
