- Medium-sized Sweet Potatoes 2
- Almond Flour 1cup
- Cornstarch 1/4cup
- Ground Flaxseeds 2tbsps
- Salt 1/2tsp
- Red Chili Flakes in a pinch
- Dried Oregano 1tsp
- Cooking Spray

- These are used as a replacement for eggs.

- I use red chili pepper flakes and dried oregano. Adjust the quantity of spices depending on your flavors.
Almond Flour:
- We make the pizza dough with the almond flour.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preparation of sweet potatoes
- First, wash the sweet potatoes with crystal-clean water.
- With a knife, remove its outer layer. Next, cut into small sizes approx.3 cm.
- Now, fill half a pot with water. Add chopped sweet potatoes to this pot.
- Boil it for about eight to twelve minutes or until it’s soft.
- After boiling, waste the extra water and add sweet potatoes to a bowl.
- Now, smash the cooked sweet potatoes with a spoon or a masher. Set aside.
- We require two cups of mashed sweet potatoes to make pizza.
Making a sweet potato pizza crust
- Heat the oven by adjusting its temperature to 425 degrees.
- Next, add almond flour, dried oregano, flaxseeds, salt, a pinch of red chili pepper flakes, and cornstarch to the
- mashed sweet potato bowl.
- Combine all items with a spoon until a smooth dough comes out.
- Next, mist one side of parchment paper with cooking spray.
- Shift the dough on this (greased) parchment paper.
- Next, place the second piece of parchment paper over the dough.
- Now, with the rolling pin roll the dough to make a thin crust.
- After that, carefully remove the first piece of parchment paper.
- Repeat the same step to make 4 crusts.
- Now, bake in the preheated oven for fifteen to twenty minutes.
- After baking, remove from the oven.
- Decorate the pizza crust with vegetables, vegan feta cheese, sauces, or seasonings.
- After that, again bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
- The pizza crust is ready to enjoy. Place into a serving plate and cut into slices.
- Enjoy it with any dipping sauce.
