- Extra firm tofu 8 oz.
- Soy milk 1/3 cup
- Onion powder 1/4 tsp.
- Black salt 1/4 tsp.
- Dijon mustard 1 tsp.
- Paprika 1/2 tsp.
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp.
- Nutritional Yeast 2 tbsp.
- Vegan butter 1 tbsp.

Instructions:
- Take a bowl and then add the tofu to it.
- With a fork, mash it properly along with some big chunks in it.
- Add the required amount of Dijon mustard, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Black salt, paprika, turmeric, and nutritional yeast in a bowl and then whisk it by adding soy milk to make a sauce.
- Take a frying pan, add the butter, and melt it on the flame and then add the tofu to it and fry till brown.
- Then, add the source to it and mix it well.
- Fry it in the sauce until it reaches your desired texture and then shift it to the plate/ bowl.
- Top it with some sliced tomatoes along with some spices. It will make it more tastier and it will look elegant.
