INGREDIENTS

  • Two tbsp of nutritional yeast
  • Raw cashews 1 cup
  • 2 cups of hot water

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add warm water into a heat-resistant bowl.
  2. Next, add the raw cashews to this bowl. Dip it for sixteen to thirty minutes.
  3. After that, discard the extra water and add the soaked cashews to a food blender.,
  4. Then, add other items such as cornstarch, salt, nutritional yeast, apple cider vinegar, canned coconut cream, and two cups of warm water to the blender.
  5. Grind all ingredients at high speed for sixty seconds.
  6. After blending, you can taste the mixture and add an extra amount of apple cider vinegar or salt (if necessary).
  7. Next, shift the cashew mixture to a nonstick saucepan.
  8. Place this sauce pan on a moderate to high burner fire.
  9. Simmer the mixture for four to six minutes.
  10. During cooking, stir it continuously until the mixture is thickened.
  11. When prepared, set aside the pan and cool it for five minutes.
  12. Meanwhile, fill a big bowl partly with water and add a sufficient amount of ice to create an ice bath.
  13. To serve one large bowl, cover one serving bowl with a plastic sheet.
  14. For three little balls, warp three smaller bowls.
  15. Once the cheese mixture is chilled, transfer it into the plastic-layered bowls.
  16. Seal the plastic sheet with the help of a rubber band (if needed) after folding up the ends.
  17. Now, submerge the balls in the ice bath for five minutes.
  18. After five minutes, shift the balls to their bowls.
  19. Put in the freezer to chill for sixty minutes.
  20. The creamy and tasty Vegan Burrata Cheese is ready.
