INGREDIENTS

  • Banana 1

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Rinse the celery ribs with normal water.
  2. Divide the ribs into rough sizes with a knife.
  3. Next, slice the green apple into normal chunk sizes.
  4. Then, peel off the banana and cut it into slices.
  5. After that, mince the fresh ginger with the help of a grater.
  6. Next, add banana, celery ribs, minced ginger, baby spinach leaves, water, lemon juice, apple, ice cubes, and water in a food blender.
  7. Blend all smoothie items at a high speed.
  8. After blending, clean the sides of the blender with a spoon.
  9. Again, we will blend all items until a clear smoothie is formed.
