- Lime juice 1 tbsp
- Salt, to flavor
- Cilantro 1 tbsp

Garam masala:
- It balances the mango’s sweetness and the chipotle chile spiciness. The garam masala gives the meal a warm and aromatic flavor. Instead of this item, you can add cumin powder, smoked paprika, ground cinnamon, curry powder, and ground cardamom.
Mango puree:
- It gives the food a fruity flavor, a creamy texture, and inherent sweetness.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Pour avocado oil into a large cooking pan.
- Warm this oil for several minutes or until it’s hot.
- Next, cut firm tofu into cube sizes with a knife.
- Add cube-sized tofu to the warm oil.
- Simmer it for fifty to eight seconds or until it’s light golden.
- Meanwhile, we will prepare the glaze.
- Add Dijon mustard, sesame seeds, salt, garam masala, mango puree, and chipotle chili to a bowl.
- Stir well all items until all spices mix well with mango puree.
- Now, add this mango puree to the tofu pan.
- Mix the tofu thoroughly with the mango puree.
- Simmer it for eight to eighteen minutes over medium fire, or until the glaze is dissolved.
- After that, switch off the burner’s knob.
