INGREDIENTS

  • Bread flour 270 grams
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • One tsp of salt
  • 1 packet of rapid-rise dried yeast, about 2 & 1/4 tsp
  • Lukewarm plant-milk 240 ml
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Semolina for dusting
  • Plant-based soy cream for brushing
  • Sesame seeds for topping

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine salt, rapid-rise dried yeast, sugar, and bread flour in a bowl.
  2. Next, add lukewarm plant milk to the flour mixture.
  3. Constantly mix all items with a stainless whisk.
  4. Next, pour oil (olive) into the flour batter.
  5. Again, stir all items to create a smooth dough.
  6. After that, combine the dough for about 7 to 11 minutes.
  7. Now, set aside the dough to rise for one/two hrs or until its size is two times increase.
  8. Next, turn the dough into round circle or oval and allow to rise for another half an hr to an hr.
  9. Meanwhile, we will heat the oven to 430 degrees F.
  10. After that, apply soy cream over the bread dough with a pastry brush.
  11. Then, top it with sesame seeds.
  12. Simmer the bread for 14 to 21 minutes or until it is puffy.
  13. The delicious Turkish Bread is ready.
  14. Cut the baked bread loaf into pieces with a cutter.
