INGREDIENTS
- Bread flour 270 grams
- Sugar 1 tsp
- One tsp of salt
- 1 packet of rapid-rise dried yeast, about 2 & 1/4 tsp
- Lukewarm plant-milk 240 ml
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Semolina for dusting
- Plant-based soy cream for brushing
- Sesame seeds for topping
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine salt, rapid-rise dried yeast, sugar, and bread flour in a bowl.
- Next, add lukewarm plant milk to the flour mixture.
- Constantly mix all items with a stainless whisk.
- Next, pour oil (olive) into the flour batter.
- Again, stir all items to create a smooth dough.
- After that, combine the dough for about 7 to 11 minutes.
- Now, set aside the dough to rise for one/two hrs or until its size is two times increase.
- Next, turn the dough into round circle or oval and allow to rise for another half an hr to an hr.
- Meanwhile, we will heat the oven to 430 degrees F.
- After that, apply soy cream over the bread dough with a pastry brush.

- Simmer the bread for 14 to 21 minutes or until it is puffy.
