INGREDIENTS:

JALAPENO POPPER DIP:

  • For jalapeno popper dip, we need ingredients
  • Garlic powder, 2tsp
  • Jalapenos 3/4 cups, cut into pieces
  • Vegan Cheddar cheese, 2 cups
  • Salt 1/4 tsp. or according to taste
  • Black pepper according to taste, or 1/4 tsp
  • 1 1/2 cups Water
  • 1 1/2 cups Cashews

FOR BREADCRUMB TOPPING:

  • Breadcrumbs, 1 cup
  • Vegan butter, 3 tbsp
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnishing

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Follow the instructions to prepare a spicy, tasty Vegan Jalapeno Popper Dip.
  2. For baking, first we will Adjust the oven temperature to 425 degrees.

DIP PREPARATION:

  1. In the meantime, to prepare the creamy dip, soak raw cashews in hot water for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Remove hot water when cashews are a little bit soft.
  3. Next, take a blender and add the soaked cashews, garlic powder, water, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Blend all ingredients until it gives a smooth texture.
  5. Now, add sliced jalapenos and vegan cheese to this mixture. Blend it again for 5-10 seconds.
  6. The Jalapeno Popper Dip is ready.

BAKE:

  1. For baking, grease the baking tray with a few drops of oil.
  2. Next, add the blended mixture to the baking tray.
  3. Mix melted vegan butter and breadcrumbs into a mixing bowl.
  4. Add this mixture over the dip layer.
  5. Transfer the baking tray to an oven, and bake it for 10-20 minutes.
  6. Or bake it until the cheese melts and the topping gets brown.

SERVE:

  1. When baked, let it cool for 5-10 minutes.
