Ingredients:
For taco filling:
- Olive oil 2 tbsp.
- Sea salt 1/2 tsp.
- Red pepper flakes 1/2 tsp.
- Cumin 1/2 tsp.
- Chili powder 1/2 tsp.

- Onion 1 diced
- Lentils 4 cup
- Vegetable broth 1/2 cup
- Oregano 1/4 tsp.
For toppings:
- Salsa 1/2 cup
- 3 grated carrots

- Finely chopped cilantro 1/2 cup
- 1 diced green pepper
- Taco shells
Instructions:
- Grab a large pan from the kitchen and add and heat the olive oil in the required quantity as mentioned.
- Dice the onion and the garlic and cook perfectly in olive oil.
- Stir and cook them for almost 3 minutes. ( Do not burn).
- Add the rinsed lentils and then season them with oregano, chili powder, and cumin for the aroma and taste.
- Add the vegetable broth in it and then boil it on a high flame.
