INGREDIENT NOTES AND THEIR ALTERNATIVES

Dairy-free yogurt:

  • We will use non-dairy plant-based yogurt to prepare an appealing parfait. Cashew yogurt, almond yogurt, coconut yogurt, and oat yogurt are popular vegan yogurt alternatives.

Granola:

  • Add vegan-friendly granola for a crunchy texture. Alternatively, you can utilize toasted nuts (walnuts, pecans, & almonds), seeds ( chia & pumpkin), puffed rice cereal, or coconut flakes.

Strawberry compote:

  • I used store-bought compote for this parfait. Replace it with vegan strawberry jam. You can also prepare the strawberry compote at home.
