- Add powdered erythritol and dairy-free yogurt to a round dish.
- With a spoon, whisk both items until erythritol is dissolved into the yogurt.
- Then, cut the strawberries into slices with a knife.
- We will discard the head (green) of the strawberries.
- After that, take two to three serving glasses.
- Then, add granola to the glass. Next, add sliced strawberries over the granola.
- After that, add dairy-free yogurt and the erythritol mixture to the glass.
- Next, add sugar-free strawberry compote over the yogurt.
- Now, we will follow the exact procedure to make more parfait layers.
