Vegan Tofu Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • Paprika 1/2 tsp.
  • Toasted buns for the sandwich
  • Garlic powder 1/2 tsp.
  • Oil for the sandwich
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp.
  • Corn starch 1/4 cup
  • All-purpose flour 1/3 cup
  • Dijon mustard 1 tbsp.
  • Dill pickle juice 1 1/2 cups
  • Red pepper 1/2 tsp.
  • Firm tofu 14 oz.
  • Kosher salt 1/2 tsp

Instructions:

  1. Evenly slice the tofu into pieces, then arrange them in an airtight container in equal layers.
  2. After placing the box lid on, freeze them for a minimum of 12 hours.
