Vegan Tofu Sandwich

- All-purpose flour 1/3 cup
- Dijon mustard 1 tbsp.
- Dill pickle juice 1 1/2 cups
- Red pepper 1/2 tsp.
- Firm tofu 14 oz.
- Kosher salt 1/2 tsp
Instructions:
- Evenly slice the tofu into pieces, then arrange them in an airtight container in equal layers.
