Vegan Wholehearted Cauliflower Recipe
The Vegan Wholehearted Cauliflower Recipe is perfect and delicious. It is very healthy, the taste is very good, and it is a combination of amazing things: garlic powder, lemon juice, black pepper, cauliflower, water tahini, and turmeric powder.
Tips for making this recipe:
Feel free to substitute oil for the tahini (extra virgin olive oil is my preferred option, but any type would work). Add no water and roughly three tablespoons of oil.
Use any spices or herbs you have on hand or desire.
You may also add some minced garlic, but be careful—garlic burns easily.
Although it’s not required, coat the cauliflower in marinade using a basting brush. Moreover, you can add a paper napkin, a spoon, or your hands.
Depending on your oven, the size of your cauliflower, and your desired level of oneness, baking times may change.
Ingredients:
- Numeric powder: 1/4 tsp.
- Cumin powder: 1/2 tsp.
- Water: 2 tbsp.
- Dried oregano: 1/2 tsp.
- Lemon juice: 2 tbsp.
- Cauliflower: 1
- Paprika: 1/2 tsp.
- Cumin powder: 1/2 tsp.
- Tahini: 2 tbsp.
- Salt
- Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
Instructions:
- Set the microwave to a maximum of 350 °F, or 180 °C.
- Use the bowl, thoroughly add the paprika, cumin, and oregano, mix it well, and then add tahini and salt to it and mix it perfectly.
- Then add the garlic powder and numeric powder and mash it perfectly till it is fully blended.
- Cut off the woody stem and any green leaves from the cauliflower’s base.
- After coating the cauliflower with marinade, transfer it to a baking sheet that has been lined and microwave it for almost an hour, or whenever it turns golden brown.
- You can cook the cauliflower for longer if you’d like.
- Before serving, take it from the microwave and let it cool somewhat.
- It’s entirely optional, but I chose to top mine with some chopped parsley.
Notes:
- Store leftovers in a cool place, covered, for up to 4 days.
