Ingredients:

  • Thyme chopped
  • Nutritional yeast 1 tbsp.
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Smoked paprika 1/2 tsp.

  • Corn starch 2 tbsp.
  • Coconut milk 3/4 cup
  • Vegetable broth 3/4 cup
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp.
  • White wine 4 tbsp.

  • Sliced mushrooms 11 oz.
  • Vegetable oil 1 tbsp.
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Diced onion 1

Instructions:

  1. Take a large pan and heat the oil to it and then fry it for almost 5 minutes.
  2. Mix in the garlic and then fry again for a few minutes.
  3. Add the broth, soy sauce, and spices to the pan, and then add nutritional yeast and boil it properly.
  4. Take another bowl and mix the plant-based milk and the cornstarch and dissolve it properly.
